Group Procurement

The Municipality of Bluewater intends to participate in one or more group procurement options. The Municipality currently works with these group procurement groups:

• OECM—For further information and access to OECM upcoming agreements, please see the OECM website. 

Surplus vehicle and equipment disposal

Surplus vehicles and equipment may be sold by the Municipality of Bluewater by public auction online through GovDeals.

All items are sold “as is, where is” without warranty, meaning that it is the bidder’s sole responsibility to satisfy themselves as to the condition and specifications of the goods being offered for sale before placing a bid. Please note that by placing a bid, you are making a contract between yourself and the seller.

Any open auction listings for the Municipality will be found by searching with the keywords "Bluewater ON" on the GovDeals website. If a search does not return results for the Municipality of Bluewater, we do not have any active auctions running. Surplus items will be added as they become available.
