Date: Monday, November 18th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.
Location: A hybrid meeting allowing for both electronic and in-person attendees. In person attendees may attend Council Chambers, Stanley Community Centre, 38594 Mill Rd, Varna, ON N0M 2R0.

Purpose and effect
The purpose of this Minor Variance application is to allow a single detached dwelling to locate closer to the interior side yard and rear lot line than is permitted in section 17.4 of the Bluewater Zoning By-law in order to permit a previously constructed detached accessory structure to attach to the main dwelling.
Anyone wishing to participate in the planning process is strongly encouraged to send their comments, questions, or concerns in writing prior to November 15th, 2024 via email to the Huron County Planning Department or to the Planning Coordinator, Lindsay Whalen.
