Council Highlights—October 21

At its Regular Meeting of Council on October 21st, 2024, Council of the Municipality of Bluewater:

• Approved the 2024–2025 Winter Operations Plan.
• Directed staff to work with the Bayfield Lions Club to install a commemorative plaque within the Cameron Street road allowance adjacent to the northwest corner of 2 Cameron Street, Bayfield.
• Appointed Paul Seebach of Seebach & Company as the municipal auditor for the fiscal years of 2024 through 2028.
• Adopted the amendments to the Bluewater Zoning By-law 43-2015.
• Approved the sale of alcohol at the Zurich Hometown Grocer on the holidays defined in the Retail Business Holidays Act.
