Purpose and effect

The purpose and effect of this application for Zoning By-law Amendment (application #: BLU Z01-25) is to rezone a portion of the subject lands from Natural Environment Zone 2 (NE2) to General Agriculture (AG1) to correct a mapping error and to bring the zoning on this portion of the property into conformity with the Bluewater Official Plan. The property is not the subject of any other application under the Planning Act or for approval of a plan of subdivision or consent.
