Purpose and effect

The purpose of this Minor Variance application is to permit an accessory structure, proposed to be a washroom facility, at a decreased setback from the required front yard. The variance seeks relieve to Section 29.4 to permit a washroom structure at a setback
of 16 metres when 25 metres is required.

Official Plan Designation: Recreational

Zoning: Residential – Trailer and Tent Park Zone (RC2-3)
