Half load season begins March 1

The Reduced Load Limit period (half-load season) in the Municipality of Bluewater typically runs from March 1st to April 30th of any given year. The Reduced Load Limit Period may change from year to year depending on weather and road conditions. Roads are most vulnerable to heavy vehicle damage in the early spring when frost is leaving the ground and load restrictions help to minimize the damage.
