Council Highlights—February 17

At its Regular Meeting of Council on February 17, 2026, Council of the Municipality of Bluewater:

• Directed staff to procure the Zurich Arena Condenser replacement through the LAS Procurement Program/Canoe Procurement Group of Canada and award the work to Clauger in the amount of $128,450 +HST.
• Awarded Tender BW-RDS-03-2026 to supply and deliver one pickup truck to Finch Chevrolet in the amount of $51,495 excluding HST.
• Directed Staff to work with Bayfield Guiding to obtain wood from the Bayfield willow tree for their project and if any wood remains, it be made available to the public on a first come first serve basis.
• Directed Staff to single source laptops and docking stations in the amount of $36,424.42 including HST from MicroAge Basics.
