An update from Bluewater Fire Services regarding open air fires

Due to current weather and air quality conditions, a partial fire ban is in place in Bluewater. At this time, no controlled burn permits (open air fires) will be issued. This includes burn permits issued for agricultural purposes.

While no limitations have been placed on recreational or cooking fires, Bluewater Fire Services strongly encourages anyone considering a recreation or cooking fire to wait until conditions improve.
